In the case of the entities in liquidation listed below, the debtor’s assets are insufficient to cover the expected liquidation costs or the liquidation procedure is not technically feasible due to deficiencies in the records or accounting, therefore in these procedures the liquidator applies for simplified liquidation to the competent court. The liquidator requests on the grounds of Cstv. 63 /B. § (1), if anyone has creditworthy knowledge of the debtor’s real estate or other assets (including claims and property rights), they must be notified within 15 days.
